Prince Charles Becomes King of England and Addresses Queen Elizabeth's Death

Prince Charles ascends the throne and becomes King of England following the death of Queen Elizabeth II. In a statement, King Charles III mourns his late mother and praises her service as the United Kingdom's longest-reigning monarch. The King is also expected to make a public address on Friday.
