Luke Bryan to Sing National Anthem at 2017 Super Bowl

The 40-year-old country singer shared the news in a video announcement on Twitter.

Luke Bryan will be joining the festivities at this year's Super Bowl LI.

The 40-year-old country crooner was excited to announce on Sunday that he will be singing the national anthem at the big event on Feb. 5 at the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas.

"Excited to perform the National Anthem on @NFL's biggest stage #SB51," Bryan captioned a video posted to Twitter. "See y'all in Houston."

Bryan isn't the only big name performing at this year's Super Bowl. Lady Gaga, who sang the national anthem at last year's game, will be performing at the halftime show.
