Judge Judy Gets Emotional at Grandson's Wedding

Known for her tough-as-nails no-nonsense demeanor on the stand, Judge Judy Sheindlin was all smiles and love during her grandson Casey's wedding this weekend, spending the day laughing, reminiscing and celebrating love.

The marriage took place between Casey Barber and Olivia Weil, who met in law school, and was an elegant ceremony from start to finish. Judge Judy and her husband, Judge Jerry Sheindlin, officiated the ceremony.

"To be able to officiate at the wedding of [my] first grandchild, to a spectacular woman… is just such a gift. I don't think it gets any better," Judy Sheindlin said of the experience. "The joy of being able to unite these two very special people is something that I don't think I will ever forget."

Her husband, Jerry, weighed in on his wife's emotional reaction to the ceremony.

"That’s the first time I've ever seen her get so emotional. I thought a tear was going to come out of her eye," Jerry joked.
