Larry David Reacts to Jennifer Lawrence's Crush: I Don't Think I Could Do It

Larry David says "it's a shame" that he's over 40 years older than Jennifer Lawrence.

Jennifer Lawrence just got denied by 67-year-old Curb Your Enthusiasm star Larry David!

In her interview with VF, Lawrence, 24, revealed that she had a crush on the Seinfeld creator, saying, "I'm in love with him, and I have been for a really long time."

Lawrence's declaration of admiration for David didn't stop there. She added, "I worship Woody Allen, but I don't feel it below the belt the way I do for Larry David."

I don't think I could do it. On one hand it's very flattering and on another hand, it's kind of a shame -- in terms of timing. I'd have fun watching the reality show of it though.

He added of the Oscar winner, "Smart kid. It's a shame that I'm about 40 years older than she is."

Lawrence's crush might strengthen as David confessed that he's not ruling out another season of Curb Your Enthusiasm. "I'm not tired of it," he said. "Other things have come up. After a while you're competing against yourself. ...I'm intimidated by some of the great shows that I did in past seasons. I'm not ruling it out. I would consider it."
