The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is no longer on house arrest, her lawyer, James L. Leonard Jr., confirmed to ET in a statement on Friday.

"We are obviously very happy that today marks the end of Teresa's custodial sentence and that she is now able to fully enjoy her freedom without the burden of a monitoring device tracking or restricting her," the statement read. "She is looking forward to putting the last 13 months behind her."

The 43-year-old -- who was released from prison in Danbury, Connecticut, on Dec. 23 after nearly a year behind bars for fraud -- took to Twitter to share her happiness, simply writing, "Feeling so blessed today."

Things are already looking up for the reality TV star, as her new tell-all book, Turning the Tables, will be released on Feb. 9.

"This is not your typical fluffy celebrity memoir, this book has real substance," Leonard explained in the statement. "It's brutally honest and very personal. Teresa pulled no punches in telling her story and readers are going to come away with a completely different perspective on who she really is."

Personal, indeed!

As ET previously reported, the book will detail Giudice's most unglamorous moments in the Danbury Correctional Facility, which apparently included lesbian sex, eating food with maggots and undergoing strip searches, according to excerpts obtained by the New York Daily News.

Earlier this month, Giudice gave her first post-prison red carpet interview with ET at the grand opening of fellow RHONJ star Melissa Gorga's fashion boutique, Envy, in Montclair, New Jersey, where she opened up about returning home.

"Everything is going good," Teresa said. "Really good."

She was joined by her 15-year-old daughter, Gia, who couldn't stop gushing over seeing her mom on the other side of the prison bars.

"It's just a totally different feeling having your mom around," she explained.
