Anne Hathaway Celebrates 10th Anniversary of 'The Devil Wears Prada' With Throwback Instagram Post

Anne Hathaway is celebrating the 10th anniversary of The Devil Wears Prada with a nod to the film that "changed" her life.

The 33-year-old actress took to Instagram on Thursday to share a throwback snapshot of Meryl Streep as "Miranda Priestly" a.k.a., the ultimate ice queen and editor of the fictional fashion magazine, Runway.

"What else can I say about the movie that changed my life? Thank you #thedevilwearsprada and happy 10 year anniversary!! "Hathaway wrote next to the photo of adding, "don't let this make you feel old- good style is eternal."

Hathaway played Andrea Sachs, Miranda's assistant who finds herself pulling off seemingly impossible tasks (like snagging two copies of an unreleased Harry Potter book for Miranda's twins) to satisfy her demanding boss.

Following its release on June 30, 2006, The Devil Wears Prada became a cult classic, and Hathaway's most successful film at the time grossing more than $300 million worldwide.

Since then, Hathaway has appeared in a string of major releases including, Alice Through the Looking Glass, The Dark Knight Rises, and Les Misérables, for which she won a Best Supporting Actress Oscar in 2013.
