Jessica Alba's got her work cut out for her.

The 36-year-old actress stopped by The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon on Friday, where she opened up about expecting baby No. 3 and the "unusual" requirements for naming her children.

"So my husband’s name is Cash, that’s his actual real name on the birth certificate, so our kids had to have unusual names that also were words," said Alba, who is already mom to 9-year-old Honor and 5-year-old Haven. "For some reason we chose H. It has to be single or double syllable, has to be an H, and it also has to be a word."

"It can't be too weird, because you never know," she added as Fallon started brainstorming names. "Like, what if they want to be a nurse or do normal things?"

Though Fallon tried his best -- suggesting names like Kermit, Hermit, Hail and Wee Willie Warren -- Alba wasn't exactly impressed.
