The 'Saved By the Bell' star's new marriage now has an added layer of drama.

In another troubling twist for the Saved by the Bell star's new marriage, Lark Voorhies' mother has filed a restraining order against the actress' husband, music producer Jimmy Green.

NEWS: Surprise! 'Saved by the Bell' Star Lark Voorhies Is Married

Green has reportedly been staying with his new wife, who lives with her mother, since the couple married in April, but Patricia Voorhies is allegedly in the process of evicting her daughter because she lives in constant fear of her son-in-law.

In the court documents obtained by ET, Patricia claims that she is asking for restraining order protection because she is "constantly afraid that the Defendant [Green] will cause her physical harm and this has caused severe stress on her every day since April 2015." The restraining order also alleges that Green "has gang affiliations" and has used them to intimidate Patricia by "throwing gang signs at her while he is threatening the Plaintiff."

Patricia explains that Lark has been living with her because the 41-year-old actress is "psychologically, mentally, and emotionally fragile and is currently under a doctor’s care." In 2012, Patricia said that her daughter had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, a claim that Lark later denied to ET.

"I have no worries myself, nor do I exude, exhibit or possess within my living stratus any reason why someone should worry [on] my behalf," Lark told ET at the time. "It's completely fictional."

NEWS: Lark Voorhies' Husband Is Reportedly a Wanted Man

The restraining order is not the first troubling legal concern for the the Saved by the Bell star’s new husband. People reported on June 12 that Green was the subject of a 2012 arrest warrant issued in Tucson, Arizona for disorderly conduct and threatening to intimidate.

"We’re looking into the matter and are obviously concerned about these allegations," a rep for Lark told the magazine in a statement.

For now, Green has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Patricia Voorhies, her home and her place of work.
