Something Taylor Swift-related is happening on April 26 -- but what?!
The singer has been teasing fans with cryptic clues on social media, beginning over the weekend, when she posted a picture of a bejeweled heart with the simple caption "4.26." A countdown clock to April 26 also appeared on Swift's Instagram Story on the same day.
Since then, T. Swift has posted three more pics to her Instagram feed, one of two hands -- adorned with heart-themed rings -- tugging at a bright yellow suit jacket, another of lacey pink ruffles, and a third of her two cats, Meredith and Olivia, posing on what looks like a plush couch. All the pics feature the same caption: "4.26."
The 29-year-old singer also changed her profile picture to fluffy pink clouds, and sparked an international frenzy when billboards popped up around the world, in places like Australia and Japan, with the URL "aprilTwentySix.com," which redirects to the singer's website.
So what does it all mean?? Is there a new single? A new video? A Beyonce-style full-album drop coming to blow the Swifties' minds?

2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards: Taylor Swift Promises Fans New Music Amid Album Rumors
We likely won't know for sure until the big day arrives, though expect Swift to continue whipping fans into a frenzy with more cryptic clues. It's been a bit since the singer released new music -- last year she dropped three singles from her 2017 Reputation album, "Gorgeous," "Delicate" and "Getaway Car," and began work on the Cats film adaptation, which wrapped earlier this year -- so Swifties are certainly on the edge of their seats.
"I love your passion, I love your attention to detail, I love how much you care. I love seeing all the things you’re posting online," she told fans. "I just wanted to let you know that when there is new music, you will be the first to know."
