The rest of the original cast have left since Grey’s for other opportunities:

Sandra Oh as Cristina Yang

Warner Bros. Pictures

Oh left Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital after season 10 in 2014 and has since appeared in Melissa McCarthy’s maligned comedy Tammy.

Katherine Heigl as Izzie Stevens

NBC

Heigl left during the sixth season to make a handful of bad rom-coms and now stars as CIA analyst Charlie Tucker on State of Affairs.

T.R. Knight as George O’Malley

CBS

Knight was killed off at the end of season five and has since done a guest arc on The Good Wife and starred in the failed Amazon pilot, Hysterical.

Isaiah Washington as Preston Burke

The CW

Washington was fired in season three -- though he did return for an episode in the 10th season -- and now plays Chancellor Thelonious Jaha on The 100.
