Emotions were running high when Blac Chyna headed to the delivery room to give birth to daughter Dream.
In a new promo for Sunday's Rob and Chyna's Baby Special, the 28-year-old model breaks down crying in the lead-up to having a C-section. "For some reason, I'm so scared," Chyna admits. "I just cannot get this C-section, like, off my mind."

Rob Kardashian tries to comfort his fiancee along with her family and friends, but she just can't fight back the tears. "I just want my baby to be healthy," she explains. "Have all her toes, and be able to breathe on her own."
"Look how pretty you look," Rob tells Chyna as he rubs her head, hoping to ease her fears.
"I'm freaking out," Chyna says through sobs.

Ahead of giving birth, Chyna sought out the advice of her future mother-in-law, Kris Jenner. "Everybody always talks about mother-in-laws and how they can be," Chyna explains before FaceTiming with Jenner to show off new ultrasound pics. "But Kris is totally different, you know, always willing to give me personal, good advice with everything from like, health insurance to talking to her about Rob and future plans and everything in between."
"Kris is like a second mother to me," she adds.

Not long after Rob and Chyna welcomed baby Dream this past month, a source close to the couple told ET that Kris was a fan of the unique name. “Kris loves the name ‘Dream’ and is so happy to add another grandchild in her life,” the source said. "Everyone who is close to Rob, including his family and best friends, really respect and love Chyna. They see how happy she makes Rob and are thankful that she got him to turn around. Rob has been a great father and really loves Chyna."
