The most important lesson she's learned throughout the duration of her career -- which includes 10 seasons on Friends -- waiting your turn.

"There's so many," she says before going into the key lessons. "Patience, to be kind, to respect your fellow actors. And just tell the truth."

Inside the magazine, Aniston celebrates her career and the keepsakes inside her home, including journals, diaries and other memorabilia from her films.

Aniston isn't the only star featured inside of the magazine's celebratory edition. Oprah Winfrey, Drew Barrymore, Michael J. Fox, John Legend, Nicole Kidman, Matthew McConaughey, Reese Witherspoon, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Viola Davis all come together for the magazine's 50-year run. In January, Aniston spoke to ET and dished on what she does to maintain her "timeless" appearance.

"I have an insane makeup artist and I drink a lot of water and I get my sleep," she said, jokingly adding, "This is spackled together, let's be clear."
