Blake Shelton on His Love Song to His Wife

Blake Shelton welcomed ET's Nancy O'Dell into a recording studio and gave the backstory for one of his most personal songs.

The song God Gave Me You covers a rocky period in Blake's relationship with his wife and fellow country star Miranda Lambert.

"Miranda and I were in a big fight," explained Blake, who went on to admit that he may have been at fault for their disagreement.
