Charting Kim Kardashian's Pregnancy

Since their pregnancy announcement last year, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have tried to keep their baby details to a minimum, but we've been keeping close tabs on the new mom. In light of her first child's arrival, we're charting the major moments of Kim's pregnancy.

"When people say pregnancy is fun and they love it, I would have to disagree," Kim K. told us during her first trimester.

By March she seemed to be in the swing of things. "Happy mommy, happy baby," Kim K. told us during an interview for her first major movie, Tyler Perry's Temptation.

The newborn baby girl was reportedly born five weeks premature at 1:30 a.m. on Saturday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and it's still unclear as to whether the birth was natural or by Caesarean section.

There's been much speculation about what could've caused the premature birth (stress and a stomach infection being the top suspects), but currently the baby and mom are said to be healthy and resting at the medical center's luxury maternity suite that reportedly comes with a $4,000/day price tag.
