The Adorable Story of a 3-Year-Old Girl Who Didn't Want Santa Claus to Eat Breakfast Alone

GraciLynn is definitely on the nice list this year.

Well, this is certainly one way to secure a spot on the “Nice” list.

GraciLynn Wilson
is a three-year-old who lives in Evansville, Ind. with her mom and dad and apparently loooves Christmas. As her lower third says in this photo, taken from a real newscast, she recently “Had Breakfast With Santa.” Breaking news!

GraciLynn and her parents were at Bob Evans for breakfast when, as her mom Lindsey told News 14, “A gentleman just walked in, looked identical to Santa. Had the glasses, the outfit, the hair. Perfect.”

(We would argue it’s still too early for appearances by Santa — it’s not even Thanksgiving yet! — but that would take away from the cuteness of the story.)

“When we get seated, we come to find out his table is right next to ours,” she continued. “He’s sitting by himself [and GraciLynn says] ‘Mommy that’s Santa, daddy’s that’s Santa!’”

“She pulled up the chair and they just started having a conversation like they knew each other for years,” Lindsay recalled.

Apparently Graci asked Santa if she could come live at the North Pole with Mrs. Claus and him. But then, when he asked her what she wanted for Christmas, she didn’t ask for any presents. Instead, she said she wanted to meet her baby brother, James, who will be born in three weeks.

(Because after that, she’s ditching him to live at the North Pole, maybe.)
