Sneak Peek: 'Little Couple' Expecting a Baby?

This season, The Little Couple has been following the progress of Jen and Bill's attempt to have a baby via a surrogate and tonight's season finale finally reveals the big question -- are they pregnant? 

In the episode, the couple goes to the doctor to have embryos transferred to their surrogate, Cindy. This is followed by a tense 10-day waiting period to see whether the procedure worked. "All I wanted to do was to hear positive news," Jen said. "I just kept thinking, isn't it time for something good to happen?"
