Who Might Replace Hasselbeck on 'The View'?

Ever since Elisabeth Hasselbeck's abrupt announcement Tuesday that she'll be moving on from The View to Fox & Friends, many have been speculating about the outspoken conservative's quick exit and just who might replace her at the ladies' morning table.

TVline.com's editor-in-chief Michael Ausiello sat down with ET today to weigh in on the matter:

"Odds are what probably happened is that Elisabeth was informed her contract was not going to be renewed," he mused of Hasselbeck, who ended her 10-year stint on the show Wednesday. "I'm sure her Fox & Friends deal was inked last night and then the press releases were sent out."

Additionally, Joy Behar's last day with the ladies is in August, and Barbara Walters is set to retire in 2014, which begs the question, who will replace the three seats beside Sherri Shepherd and Whoopi Goldberg?

Jenny McCarthy, Sarah Palin and Brooke Shields' names have been bandied about as possible replacements by the media, but no one can say for sure until The View makes their official announcement.
