Looks like Anna Faris and Chris Pratt are still on great terms after splitting last August.

A source tells ET that amid their divorce, Faris and Pratt want the best for their 5-year-old son, Jack, as he begins school, and are very much amicable with one another.

“They both went on school tours as a family and you'd never know that Anna and Chris were not together,” the source says. “They seemed like a happy couple and a happy family with Jack.”

"They still laugh and joke together and have seemed to have found a nice friendship as they co-parent," the source adds. “They are really committed to making this split as easy on Jack as they can, helping him adjust to a big kid school is part of that.”

Faris, 41, and Pratt, 38, were married for eight years before announcing their split in August 2017. Faris was recently a guest on Dax Shepard's Armchair Expert podcast, where she talked about her evolving relationship with Pratt.

"We had an unbelievable marriage and we have a great friendship now," Faris said. "And we love our son to death, and I'm really proud of that, because I'm not sure I did that well the first time."

Faris was previously married to actor Ben Indra from 2004 to 2008. During the candid interview, she also revealed that she's not sure if she could see herself walking down the aisle a third time.

"I need to figure out what the purpose is," she said of marriage. "Is it safety for your children? Is it convention? Is it so other people respect your relationship more?"

"For me, I’m just not quite sure where it fits," she added.
