Justin Bieber may have moved on from his on-again, off-again relationship with Selena Gomez.
On Tuesday night, 24-year-old Bieber was spotted at singer Craig David's concert at The Roxy in West Hollywood, California, with a blonde woman, who has now been identified as 22-year-old model Baskin Champion. And the two weren't hiding their close relationship -- an eyewitness told ET that Bieber wrapped his arm around her waist during one song, and that she was dancing up on him throughout the show.
Champion and Bieber were spotted going to his home after the concert, the model clad in pink sweatpants and furry slippers.
It appears Bieber met Champion, who hails from Alabama, through his close friend, Patrick Schwarzenegger. Schwarzenegger, 24, is dating 21-year-old model Abby Champion, who is Baskin's younger sister.
Last week, Bieber made a rare appearance to support Schwarzenegger at the Midnight Sun premiere in Los Angeles, where Champion was spotted as well.
And it appears Bieber and Champion have their faith in common. In a 2016 interview with Alabama.com, Champion -- who was crowned Miss Alabama Teen USA in 2014 -- talked about the importance of religion in her life.
"I try to be very conscious of what I put on social media and the way my image is depicted," Baskin said. "If young girls could see anything about me, I would want it to be that living for Christ is the greatest joy that I, or anyone, could ever have. I deal with people who have lots of money and success but who are not happy on the inside. Having a relationship with God is most fulfilling."
And much like Bieber, Champion also clearly makes fitness a priority.
ET has reached out to reps for both Bieber and Champion.
Meanwhile, on Monday, 25-year-old Gomez was spotted aboard a luxury yacht with friends in Sydney, Australia, with Bieber noticeably absent. Last week, a source told ET that the "Wolves" singer is overwhelmed with the media attention, family troubles and rumors surrounding her life, and has decided to take a break from work and any obligations to spend time with her family and out of Los Angeles.
As for her relationship with Bieber, another source told ET on Monday that a few of Gomez's close friends still don't approve of their recently rekindled romance.
"There's a big crew of people [in Selena's circle] who really don't like Justin and they especially don't like him with Selena," the source said. "A lot of her friends really don't like him. They think he's bad news for Selena and don't approve of the relationship."
