Prince William Joins Queen Elizabeth for Her First Solo Trip to Scotland Following Prince Philip’s Death

Prince William was by his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II’s, side on her first solo trip to Scotland since the death of her husband, Prince Philip. The trip comes before the Duke of Cambridge and his brother, Prince Harry, are set to reunite in the UK for the July 1 unveiling of the statue they commissioned in honor of their late mother, Princess Diana. A source previously told ET that while Harry will be in attendance, his wife, Meghan Markle, will not be joining him, as she gave birth to their second child, Lilibet, earlier this month.
