Inside Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's Private Dinner Date in Kansas City -- and the Sweet Gift He Left Behind

The singer and NFL star had an entire banquet room to themselves at one of Kelce's favorite restaurants in Kansas City.

Leave it to a clearly very smitten Travis Kelce to take Taylor Swift to one of his favorite joints in Kansas City, Piropos Restaurant. And what does "piropo" mean? A "piropo" is "a flirtatious or poetic compliment to a woman." Kelce for the win!

An eyewitness tells ET that the "Anti-Hero" songstress and the NFL star enjoyed a very intimate and romantic dinner at the Argentinean steakhouse that Kelce frequents many times with his family because he lives close to the restaurant. Kelce, 34, likes the laid-back vibe of the restaurant, which is also known for offering excellent views of the city.

The eyewitness also shared that Kelce hitting up Piropos Restaurant on Monday night was a bigger affair because he brought Swift, 33, in with him. They arrived at around 8:15 p.m. and stayed for approximately two hours. They sat by themselves in a small banquet room, which typically sits around 16 guests. The curtains were closed, so they were able to enjoy some privacy and other diners did not see them as they enjoyed the restaurant's breads and signature salsas, lobster risotto and more. The eyewitness tells ET they were adorable together and seemed like they had a great time.

But before they left, Kelce happily signed a card for the restaurant owner's grandson.

According to the eyewitness, there was a caravan of cars and security waiting for them outside. They were very gracious and said everything was great and they thanked everyone before leaving the joint.

The outing came one day after Swift attended her fourth Kansas City Chiefs game on Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium, where the reigning Super Bowl champs and AFC West powerhouse throttled the Los Angeles Chargers, 31-17. Kelce dominated in that game with 179 yards receiving, the second-most in a game in his career (he nabbed 191 yards also against the Chargers during Week 15 in 2021). Kelce has been so dominant each time Swift has attended a game, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid joked "Taylor can stay around all she wants."

After the game, Kelce got a hero's welcome from Swift. They were spotted holding hands, and there was also the kiss on the cheek seen 'round the world. Kelce walked out alongside Swift wearing a red and white plaid button-down and patterned tan slacks.

The pair once again kept their fingers interlocked as they sweetly left the arena and got into a golf cart that took them through the parking lot -- in which they sat side-by-side while getting away from the prying eyes of fans.

The duo finally exited the parking lot together in a black Rolls-Royce, off to celebrate another victory in the Chiefs' winning streak.
