<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/tv/the-real-housewives-of-new-jersey" rel="" target="_blank"><em>Real Housewives of New Jersey</em></a>&nbsp;star <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/jennifer-fessler" rel="" target="_blank">Jennifer Fessler</a> is showing off her new look after going under the knife!&nbsp;</p>

<p>The reality TV star was a guest on Tuesday's episode of <a href="https://www.etonline.com/tv/watch-what-happens-live" rel="" target="_blank"><em>Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen</em></a><i>,</i>&nbsp;where she detailed her cosmetic surgeries and her use of&nbsp;medications to help aid her weight loss.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"I got a glow-up!" Fessler exclaimed to host Andy Cohen. Praising her doctor, she continued, "What am I on? Well, I did have a facelift. I did. Dr. Sam Rizk, baby, he's the best. And a nose job!"</p>

<p>Explaining her weight-loss regimen, Fessler noted, "Yeah, I don't play, I don't play. And I did lose a lot of weight. I took peptides and I don't know if you've heard of medications associated with that that help people lose weight."</p>

<p>Cohen questioned if she was on Ozempic, a medication which was originally prescribed to people with diabetes to help control blood sugar but has&nbsp;recently made headlines for its weight-loss effect.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Like, Ozempic?" Cohen asked Fessler.</p>

<p>"You said it, I didn't. But … whatever works, here I am," she admitted.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Fessler's weight-loss tease comes a month after she claimed her doctor put her on Ozempic "without her knowledge" to treat symptoms of menopause.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In a conversation with&nbsp;<a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-11826657/Jennifer-Fessler-says-doctor-prescribed-diabetes-drug-menopause-without-knowledge.html" rel="" target="_blank"><em>Daily Mail</em></a>, the reality star said, "I didn’t realize what he gave me. It’s like a bunch of different things, like estrogen pellets. He gave me a mix of peptides, but I found out it’s a form of Ozempic."</p>

<p>Despite the weight-loss effects, Fessler said, "Listen, I got on it because I went to a doctor for menopause symptoms."&nbsp;</p>

'RHONJ's Jennifer Fessler Reveals Transformation After Facelift, Nose Job and Weight Loss

<p>Wedding bells are&nbsp;ringing for <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/dylan-sprouse" rel="" target="_blank">Dylan Sprouse</a> and <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/barbara-palvin" rel="" target="_blank">Barbara Palvin</a>! A source tells ET, the longtime couple is engaged.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“Dylan and Barbara are engaged," the source revealed.&nbsp;"They have been showing off her ring to people and are so happy. They’re always very in love with one another and by each other’s sides, but they’re even happier than usual. They can't wait to start this new chapter together."</p>

<p>ET has reached out to their reps for a comment.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In early March, Sprouse and Palvin sparked engagement rumors when they were spotted at the Mammoth Film Festival and Palvin had a ring on&nbsp;<em>that</em>&nbsp;finger. Reps for the couple did not confirm their engagement at the time.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A source told&nbsp;ET, "Barbara and Dylan seemed so happy and comfortable together all weekend during Mammoth Film Festival. Dylan let her do her thing at events and she was in a great mood. Barbara was a social butterfly and bopped around and talked to different people. They would make sure to check in with each other while they were out and spend time just the two of them too. When they were together, it was clear they were very in love."</p>

<p>The&nbsp;<em>Suite Life of Zack &amp;&nbsp;Cody</em>&nbsp;alum and the Hungarian supermodel have been dating since 2018, after Sprouse slid into her Instagram DM's. <p>Palvin replied, “I took my time. I knew I wasn’t in a good mindset at the time, and maybe deep inside I knew that it could be something more.”</p>

<p>Despite their slow start, Sprouse&nbsp;and Palvin&nbsp;have been seemingly inseparable since they began dating and quickly became a fan-favorite couple.&nbsp;</p>

<p>From supporting Palvin's&nbsp;Victoria's Secret Fashion Show debut to looking stunning at the <em>Vanity Fair</em> Oscars party, Sprouse&nbsp;and Palvin&nbsp;make a picture-perfect pair.&nbsp;</p>

<p><em>The Bold Type</em>&nbsp;actress took to Instagram to share a carousel of photos with her baby girl, Rome, and her songwriter/producer husband. The couple welcomed Rome to the world last month, on February 23rd.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"She's here 2.23.23 - Our sweet Rome, we are so in love with you," Stevens captioned the post.&nbsp;</p>

"I want everyone who is at my wedding to be present on that day. And if you can't be present on that day with me, I am going to hire a photographer, there will be a photo booth, you'll get opportunities for pictures."</p>

<p>"Everybody in my life is so cool and [gets] really excited when I say I don't want to have phones at my wedding, because I just feel like my whole life is public and that's the one day that I just want it to be about me and Paul, and our friends and our families," she explained.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Stevens concluded her list, by saying, "My dog has to be there," as well as "good food and music."</p>

'The Bold Type's Katie Stevens Gives Birth to First Child With Husband Paul DiGiovanni

<p>Howey and Ziering <a href="https://www.etonline.com/ginny-georgia-star-brianne-howey-marries-matt-ziering-in-palos-verdes-169429" rel="" target="_blank">got married in July 2021</a> in Palos Verdes, California surrounded by friends and family. The couple, who met five years before tying the knot, held the intimate ceremony in the garden of a family home. Speaking with <a href="https://people.com/tv/ginny-georgia-star-brianne-howey-weds-matt-ziering/" rel="" target="_blank"><i>People</i></a> about her big day, Howey said, “It was the most beautiful feeling to be surrounded by so many people we love.” She gushed, “The night was more magical than I could have ever imagined.”</p>

'Ginny & Georgia' Star Brianne Howey Pregnant With First Child

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/nikki-bella" rel="" target="_blank">Nikki</a> and <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/brie-bella" rel="">Brie Bella</a> are officially hanging up their WWE belts in retirement -- and returning to their real last name, Garcia, along the way.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The twins made the announcement on their SiriusXM show, newly named&nbsp;<em><a href="https://youtu.be/H1DxEHXRa8k" rel="" target="_blank">The Nikki &amp; Brie Show</a>.&nbsp;</em>"Today we are officially from here on out, the Garcia Twins, Brie and Nikki Garcia," Nikki announced.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Explaining that the WWE stars are focusing on a "new chapter" in their lives, Nikki noted that they both have busy schedules as mothers, entrepreneurs, hosts and executive producers.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Echoing her sister's sentiments, Brie explained that the name change will give her more freedom as she segues away from WWE stardom. Brie said she's "so excited to close the chapter on Brie Bella," and teases, "Let's see what Brie Garcia is going to do next."</p>

<p>Nikki revealed how the duo got their stage name, saying, "Our listeners and everyone in the world right now is asking, 'Why?&nbsp;You had this amazing name that you got from your grandfather, Pop Pop,' who'd always call us 'my bellas, my bellas.'&nbsp;And so why after 17 years is that gone? Brie and I are almost 40, we're gonna be 40 in November. We're mothers, we're entrepreneurs. We're executive producers. We're starring now, we're hosting shows. And when our contracts, when our contract came up with WWE mutually we all knew, like we just needed to head into this new chapter."</p>

<p>Nikki and Brie have a storied career with the WWE; the sister duo signed with the professional wrestling company in 2007 and debuted in the ring later that year.&nbsp;</p>

<p>News of Nikki and Brie's retirement comes after a year of uncertainty with the organization. The twins were originally advertised to appear on WWE’s <em>Raw XXX</em> show, however, that plan fell through with Nikki and Brie openly criticizing the show for having a lack of women wrestlers being showcased. The sisters also have openly called out the organization for not backing the success of their joint reality series,&nbsp;<em>Total Divas</em>.&nbsp;</p>

<p>On a personal level, Brie is married to Daniel Bryan with whom she shares a son, Buddy.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Nikki tied the knot with her&nbsp;<em>Dancing with the Stars</em>&nbsp;co-star,&nbsp;Artem Chigvintsev, in August 2022 -- two years after welcoming their son, Matteo, in July 2020.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The moment, which was caught on video and quickly went viral online, shows Gaga spotting&nbsp;the photographer as he&nbsp;trips and stumbles while walking past her. After hearing the gasps of the crowd around them, Gaga turns and runs to check on him.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Oscar&nbsp;audiences got a surprise during the ceremony when Gaga made&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/lady-gaga-to-perform-at-2023-oscars-after-all-will-sing-her-nominated-song-from-top-gun-maverick" target="_blank">a last-minute decision</a>&nbsp;to sing "Hold My Hand," her Oscar-nominated single from the&nbsp;<em>Top Gun: Maverick</em>&nbsp;soundtrack. The singer initially announced she could not perform because of an overbooked schedule, but announced the morning of the show that she would attend after all.</p>

It's deeply personal for me, and I think that we all need each other. We need a lot of love to walk through this life."</p>

<p>She continued, "And we all need a hero sometimes. There's heroes all around us in unassuming places, but you might find you can be your own hero, even if you feel broken inside."</p>

<p>The equally stripped-down performance earned Gaga a standing ovation by much of the crowd who were in awe of her last-minute appearance.</p>

<p>Sunday's performance marked Gaga's third time singing live at the Oscars. She previously performed "Til It Happens to You" from&nbsp;<em>The Hunting Ground</em>&nbsp;in 2016 and "Shallow" from&nbsp;<em>A Star Is Born</em>&nbsp;in 2019, with the latter&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/oscars-2019-lady-gaga-wins-best-original-song" target="_blank">earning her first win</a>&nbsp;in the Best Original Song category.&nbsp;</p>

Lady Gaga Rushes to Help Photographer Who Fell on 2023 Oscars Red Carpet

<p>Supermodel <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/winnie-harlow" rel="" target="_blank">Winnie Harlow</a> chose walking the&nbsp;95th annual Academy Awards&nbsp;red carpet over attending her boyfriend, Kyle Kuzma's, basketball&nbsp;game on Sunday.</p>

<p>The 28-year-old Canadian native spoke&nbsp;with ET's Kevin Frazier and Nischelle Turner on the red carpet, where she revealed it was a difficult decision.</p>

<p>Harlow looked gorgeous on the red carpet, rocking a vintage Giorgio Armani Privé Spring/Summer 2005 canary yellow silk gown with a black asymmetrical zipper and rose accent highlighted on the bodice.</p>

<p>This appearance marks Harlow's first-ever Oscars debut. Explaining the emotions on her red carpet, "I feel like it's kind of pure, just energy. Everyone is really excited for everyone here, so I think it just feels amazing."</p>

<p>ET asked, "What's the bigger like flex? Is it coming to the Oscars or is it courtside at your fella's game?&nbsp;What's the bigger flex?"</p>

<p>Harlow gushed that usually she's happily courtside supporting Kuzma, however, she could not turn down an opportunity to attend Hollywood's biggest night. "I would love to be at his game, but I think the Oscars is like ..." Harlow said, while noting, "I think he understands."</p>

<p>When it was suggested that the awards ceremony would "trump" supporting Kuzma, Harlow replied,&nbsp;"No, I love my man, but I have to be at the Oscars," she joked while noting, "I think he understands."&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Kuzma's Washington Wizards lost to the Philadelphia 76ers in a close, 112-93 game.&nbsp;</p>

<p>When asked which actor and film she's rooting for at this year's Oscars, Harlow shared that she's throwing her support behind Austin Butler for Best Actor and&nbsp;<em>Everything Everywhere All at Once</em>&nbsp;for Best Picture.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"I got to watch Austin Butler do Elvis," Harlow said. "I watched it at&nbsp;Cannes Film Festival. It was incredible. I watched it like four&nbsp;times since, so I am always rooting for him. It was incredible, and I feel like he really put his heart and soul into the character."</p>

<p>"I recently got to watch&nbsp;<em>Everything Everywhere All at Once</em>," Harlow continued. "I watched that twice as well 'cause it's so amazing. I think that this year is just really incredible. There's so much amazing talent in films that are out, and I am just so excited to see everyone succeed, everyone gets their awards and win this beautiful evening."</p>

Winnie Harlow Explains Why She Chose Attending the Oscars Over Boyfriend Kyle Kuzma’s NBA Game (Exclusive)

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/austin-butler" rel="" target="_blank">Austin Butler </a>is celebrating his big Oscars moment and carrying Lisa Marie Presley's memory into the 2023 ceremony.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The 31-year-old <em>Elvis</em> star -- and first-time nominee -- arrived at the 95th annual Academy Awards on Sunday wearing&nbsp;a dashing Saint Laurent&nbsp;tuxedo.&nbsp;</p>

<p>ET's&nbsp;Kevin Frazier and Nischelle Turner spoke&nbsp;with Butler on the red carpet where he explained how much this honor means to not only him, but the late daughter of Elvis Presley, whom he portrayed in the film.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"I’m carrying a lot of her with me tonight," Butler said.</p>

<p>The actor went on to explain the impact <em>Elvis</em> has had on&nbsp;audiences as well. "The fans that I've gotten to talk to -- these 12-year-old kids who told me that it changed their life and they’re playing the guitar now. It’s just brought joy to a little kid, that’s just such a privilege to get to be a part of something that can affect somebody in a positive way like that."</p>

<p>Butler has spoken on&nbsp;Lisa Marie's enormous legacy throughout the awards season. Last month, ET caught up with Butler <a href="https://www.etonline.com/austin-butler-calls-working-with-lisa-marie-presley-greatest-gift-of-his-life-exclusive-199844" rel="" target="_blank">at the 2023 SAG Awards</a>, where he echoed a similar sentiment of "privilege" and "support" he felt from working with Lisa Marie so closely.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"It's just part of that profound privilege that I feel to relate to them in some way," he said about his time with the Presley family. "Lisa was such an extraordinary woman. The times that I spent with her were some of the greatest gifts of my life. And to now be able to carry on her legacy in this way, I feel profoundly on it."</p>

<p>This awards season has been special for the breakout star. Butler has taken home a Golden Globe, a People's Choice Award and a BAFTA for his role in the Baz Luhrmann biopic about the King of Rock n Roll.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A source close to the royal family tells ET,&nbsp;"King Charles very much wants Prince Harry and his grandchildren at his coronation."</p>

<p>The royal family has been at the center of a media storm since the release of Prince Harry's bombshell memoir,&nbsp;<em>Spare</em>, and his docuseries with Meghan, titled&nbsp;<em>Harry &amp; Meghan</em>.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Despite any issues in the past or difficulties that have arisen based on what was released in Harry's book, Charles loves his son. He wants both his children at his side for such a momentous occasion," the source tells&nbsp;ET. "The family wants the king to be happy and having his son travel from America for such a pivotal moment in his life will make Charles happy."</p>

<p>King Charles III will be coronated on May 6 at Westminster Abbey in London. The day of the event, however, also marks Harry and Meghan's oldest child, Archie's, fourth birthday. The Sussexes&nbsp;also share a 1-year-old daughter, Lilibet.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Archie and Lilibet recently were <a href="https://www.etonline.com/prince-harry-and-meghan-markles-children-have-their-titles-updated-by-royal-family-200542" rel="" target="_blank">appointed with their official royal titles</a>.&nbsp;On the royal family's official website, it now lists Archie and Lilibet as a prince and princess, respectively.</p>

<p>Earlier this week, it was announced that the California-based royals <a href="https://www.etonline.com/prince-harry-and-meghan-markle-have-received-invitation-to-king-charles-coronation-200274" rel="" target="_blank">were officially invited to the coronation</a>. "The duke has recently received email correspondence from His Majesty's office regarding the coronation. An immediate decision on whether the duke and duchess will attend will not be disclosed by us at this time," Harry and Meghan's rep shared at the time.&nbsp;</p>

<p>While the invitation may signal that Charles wants to mend fences, it comes on the heels of him&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/king-charles-iii-evicts-prince-harry-and-meghan-markle-from-frogmore-cottage-offers-to-prince" rel="" target="_blank">evicting&nbsp;Harry and Meghan from their Frogmore Cottage home</a> -- which became Harry and Meghan's official residence in 2018 following their royal wedding.</p>
