Richard Roat has died. He was 89. The actor was best known for his guest star roles on ‘Friends’ and ‘Seinfeld.’ Roat had over 130 TV credits to his name, including ‘The Golden Girls,’ ‘Happy Days’ and ‘Charlie’s Angels.’
