Clint Eastwood's Wife Files for Legal Separation
It's official... Clint Eastwood's second wife, Dina, has filed for legal separation from the 83-year-old actor/director.
In papers filed Monday in Monterey County Superior Court, Dina, 48, seeks spousal support and physical custody of the couple's 16-year-old daughter, Morgan.

She also requests that legal custody of Morgan be shared and that her petition be amended on future property issues "pursuant to a premarital agreement," according to the Monterey County Herald.
At the end of August Us Weekly cited Dina as confirming a separation and revealing that "she and Eastwood remain close, but have been living separately for some time."

The Eastwoods -- who married 1996 and have lived in Carmel, CA -- met when Dina was assigned to interview him for a local TV news station. Clint Eastwood was married once before, to Maggie Johnson, from 1953 to 1984, and also had a long-term relationship with actress Sondra Locke throughout the 1970s and 1980s.
