Rob Kardashian got some good news in regards to his health.

In a promo clip for Sunday's Rob and Chyna, the 29-year-old reality star -- who's struggled with his weight for years -- reveals that his nutritionist shared with him that he's "completely free of diabetes."

"That's like the best news I've heard all year, literally," he tells his pregnant fiancee, Blac Chyna.
