Gwyneth Paltrow Calls 'Love Is Blind' 'F**king Terrible,' Admits She 'Can’t Stop Watching'

The actress shares how the pandemic had her watching reality TV which she never did before.

Gwyneth Paltrow can't get enough of Love Is Blind.

The actress recently confessed her newfound love for reality TV, despite its often criticized content. In an interview with The Sunday Times, the 51-year-old star shares her guilty pleasure, admitting to indulging in what she described as "f**king terrible" shows during her downtime.

"I really love to sleep and lie around. I love on a Sunday to not do anything, watch rubbish TV and not make dinner and order in food. I really need one slovenly day," she remarks.

Surprising fans with her revelation, Paltrow discloses that one of her favorite guilty pleasures is the Netflix hit series Love Is Blind, known for its unconventional approach to matchmaking. Despite acknowledging its flaws, she confesses to being unable to resist its allure.

"Oh my God! [I watch] Love Is Blind, which is like so f**king terrible and I can't stop watching it," says Paltrow.

But Paltrow's reality TV journey continues. She also expresses her fascination with another Netflix show that explores the experiences of individuals on the autism spectrum navigating the complexities of dating and relationships.

"There are these dating shows on Netflix, like, Love on the Spectrum. That's another thing COVID did. I had never seen a reality TV show until COVID. I had just never done it. Now it’s a slippery slope," the actress adds.

Despite her previous ventures into reality television with her own Netflix shows like The Goop Lab With Gwyneth Paltrow and Sex, Love & Goop, Paltrow seems captivated by the allure of more conventional reality programming.

Paltrow isn’t the only star who recently admitted to enjoying Love is Blind.

Last week, Travis Kelce discussed contestant Chelsea Blackwell during an episode of his New Heights podcast.

While talking to his co-host and brother, Jason Kelce, Travis insisted, "You gotta watch Love Is Blind, man. It's worse than Catching Kelce, but it's so f**king good."

Jason was unconvinced by Travis' urging, but the younger sibling insisted, "Honestly, I just want you to watch the one girl and hear her." Travis revealed the girl to be Chelsea before offering his best impression of the reality star.

"Do you think I'm clingy?" Travis teased. "I'm clingy? Really?

Blackwell responded to Kelce’s impression of her, saying it was "the most mortifying news."

"I feel like I need to crawl under a rock at this point, because Travis Kelce did an impersonation of me," she said. "And the only outlet that this man knows my name -- not even knows my name, knows me -- is from whining like a baby back b**ch."

She ended her video with a plea for Travis' girlfriend, Taylor Swift, telling the singer, "If you're watching it with him, please stop."

In the caption of her post, Chelsea begged, "Travis, stop where you're at."

The New Heights Instagram page commented on Chelsea's post, writing, "Imitation is the highest form of flattery ❤😂 … (we’ve all been there 😅)."

Chelsea was a breakout star for season 6 of the Netflix reality series. She made headlines for comparing her appearance to Megan Fox. While on the Scrubbing In podcast, Chelsea said the comment was her "biggest regret" from her time on the show.
