Travis Kelce Reveals the Lavish Christmas Gifts He and Patrick Mahomes Exchanged With Chiefs Players

Travis and Jason Kelce discussed the 'big' presents traditionally offered by NFL quarterbacks during the holiday season.

It may have been a tough Christmas Day game for the Kansas City Chiefs, but spirits were still bright as Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce were in the giving spirit. The 34-year-old tight end is revealing the thoughtful and extravagant gifts exchanged between teammates during this year's holiday season.

"Usually quarterbacks give out big, big, big prizes," Travis says on Wednesday's episode of his New Heights podcast -- which he co-hosts with his brother, Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce -- clarifying that he meant to say "presents."

"Pat got the entire Chiefs offensive line golf carts, which was pretty sweet," Travis shares. "I was trying to get out of the parking lot, I think it was last Thursday, and everybody is just flying around. Those things are street legal, so everybody's going about 35 miles per hour."

Travis says that the 28-year-old quarterback made sure to include a personal touch on each vehicle.

"They were all custom," he explains. "Had the guys' names on them."

For his part, the fashionable Travis worked with Los Angeles-based luxury sportswear designer Daniel Patrick to create something snuggly for his teammates.

"Got everybody velour jumpsuits," Travis reveals. "Nice cozy, comfy, everybody can just, this winter, just enjoy a nice velour top and bottom. Just a hoodie and sweatpants, man. It's so good."

"I don't know why, I don't like velour," Jason jumps in, before quickly putting his foot right in his mouth.

"I got you one, too," Travis admits, cracking up laughing.

"OK, if it's from you, I'll like it," Jason replies. "I was saying if it's not done right, sometimes they don't feel right."

Travis concedes that "I know exactly what you're saying," but adds, "This one's done right."

"Perfect, perfect, perfect," Jason says. "Then I'll probably love it."

One gift Jason did love was his brand new watch from Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts. Jason did not reveal the specific brand of timepiece he received, but teases that "it's a pretty nice watch."

If Jalen's gift-giving history is any indication, the item is sure to be high end. Jason says that he has previously received a Louis Vuitton duffel bag and a pair of black and red patent leather Nike Jordans from the quarterback in years past.

The Kelce brothers were apart on Christmas Day as they each played in their respective NFL games. Jason's Eagles scored a win against the New York Giants at home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, while Travis' Chiefs suffered a brutal loss to the Las Vegas Raiders on their own turf in Kansas City, Missouri.

Meanwhile, one social media post was going viral comparing Jason to the snowman in the classic 1964 Christmas film, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer

"About a million of you, I guess, tagged us in this tweet," Jason says on Wednesday. "I've always gotten I look like Yukon Cornelius, that's the one everyone always says, and it's from the exact same movie. So I was shocked when this picked up so much steam."

Jason suggests that the snowman is actually giving "major Ed Kelce vibes," with Travis agreeing "one thousand percent."

Travis and Jason's dad enjoyed Christmas Day in a private suite at Arrowhead Stadium with Taylor Swift and her parents, Andrea and Scott Swift, as they watched Travis' game. The elder Kelce was snapped by one fan as he chatted with the Swift family on Monday.

Taylor's appearance at Monday's game marked the couple's first holiday together since they began dating over the summer. Travis previously revealed that he would be enjoying a fast food feast on Thanksgiving, saying on his New Heights podcast before the holiday, "I won't have anybody here." The pair have also appeared to be apart on their respective birthdays this year.

This is not the first time, however, that Travis had met members of Taylor's family. He and Taylor's dad spent time together in Argentina during the singer's Eras tour stop in early November, and Scott joined his daughter for Travis' recent game against the New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

Travis and Jason's mom, Donna Kelce, spent the holiday in Philadelphia with Jason, his wife Kylie Kelce, and their three children.

On Wednesday's podcast, Travis and Jason tease a special "Kelce Family Christmas" episode of their show -- featuring guest appearances from their family members -- will drop Friday.
